The Adenopure LS ^® Adenovirus Purification Kit couples membrane adsorber technology with proprietary buffer formulations to provide rapid and simple isolation of highly purified adenovirus preparations suitable for in vitro biological assays.

The Adenopure LS kit contains is capable of purifying up to 1x10¹⁴ viral particles, yielding titers of up to 5x10¹³ viral particles. The Adenopure LS Kit includes Benzonase^® endonuclease for reduction of contaminating nucleic acids in crude Adenovirus lysates prior to purification.

• Adenopure LS relies on a disposable membrane cartridge to generate high quality adenovirus preparations without ultracentrifugation or technically demanding and time consuming steps.
• Adenopure LS works well with two- to five-day infected cell suspensions and generates high-purity adenovirus that rivals traditional 2X CsCl purification.
• The potency of the adenovirus preparation is what really counts! Adenopure LS purification results in virus particle to infectious unit ratios that are typically in the 20:1 range, at least two to three times better than 2X CsCl.
• Adenopure LS preparations are low in contaminating endotoxin (<3EU/ml), a particularly important consideration for in vivo applications.
