Quality : Product quality is the benchmark, which is why plasmid quality, and the process by which it is made, needs to be part of early development. Ideally, the process used for early in vitro and in vivo studies should be the same process used for latter stage animal, toxicology and clinical production. We have learned from both in-house data and our customers that the quality of the plasmid can affect biological activity. Differences in supercoiling or contaminant ratios can have a profound effect on stability, delivery, biological activity and efficacy. The Puresyn manufacturing process, based on the use of our proprietary resin PolyFlo^® assures you:

1. High purity - consistently ≥90% supercoiled plasmid for all Pre-clinical Grade plasmids.

   RNA, endotoxin, chromosomal DNA, and protein.
