Research Grade plasmid is perfect for many standard laboratory applications. The final product is guaranteed to be ≥80% supercoiled plasmid with no detectable RNA. Research Grade offers high quality product at an affordable price.

Development Grade plasmid is ideal when screening many constructs for transfections. We guarantee the final product to be ≥ 85% supercoiled and the residual endotoxin is < 100 EU/mg.

Pre-Clinical Grade plasmid is ideal for animal and pre-clinical studies. The release criteria for these plasmids are more stringent and the testing more comprehensive. The final product is guaranteed to be ≥90% supercoiled plasmid and the residual endotoxin < 30 EU/mg. In addition, restriction analysis for identity is performed and residual protein is determined using a micro BCA assay.
