Located right in the heart of the greater Philadelphia life sciences and biopharma hub, Puresyn’s headquarters encompass more than 34,000 sq. ft.
Manufacturing makes up roughly 70% of our entire footprint, including a dedicated 10,000 sq. ft. ISO Certified cleanroom space for INDReady® and cGMP pDNA production.
Inside the cleanroom:
- Eight dedicated production suites with a fermentation/lysis lab and a purification lab
- Airlocks at each entrance and every production suite
- Fermentation initiation suite
